Common questions
- My school / organization is not listed. Search by name and city on the map screen; if it is still missing, email us the name and address and we will add it.
- My teacher / admin role is pending. Staff roles need approval from an existing teacher or admin of your institution. Ask them to open Management › Requests.
- Someone is misbehaving in a chat. Long-press the message and choose Report or Block user. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
